 I love planning parties! I’ve been doing it since I was a little girl. I would throw parties for my dolls. As I got into my teens I would go the library and look through wedding and party magazines and plan little events. Food has always been a passion of mine. As far back as I can remember most of my happiness was associated with food. I can fondly recall going grocery shopping with my parents and purchasing fudge bars that I would later enjoy with a good teen novel. Or when on vacation my parents purchasing my brother and I gingerbread cookies we would enjoy on the porch of our rented cabin. Looking forward all year long to my mother's Easter bread.  The cinnamon, nuts and raisins all swirling together was exciting. I just want to make that joy possible by catering for you. Making your memories special.

No event is too small. Whether it is appetizers for a wine party, a cake for any occasion, or tea sandwiches for an afternoon luncheon, to an Asian themed barbecue; it can be done. I’ve been taught by the school of hard nocks. My mother and grandmother’s kitchens. I love to cook. It is a passion of mine. I am forever collecting and trying out new recipes. I also love putting together meals into categories for holidays, gatherings, whatever the occasion may require.

After planning my own wedding I began to look into a career of catering and party planning. I have taken courses at the New School and have attained certificates from Thompson Educational Direct and Wilton Cake Decorating.
